Returns & Exchanges

At Baseline Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your setup; if your gear isn't right, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that assembled custom skateboards and used decks are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Verify Condition

Ensure all items are in their original packaging, including shrink-wrap on decks and tags on apparel, as used or damaged gear cannot be accepted.

Request Authorization

Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our warehouse via a tracked courier service.

Processing and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
