How much does shipping cost for skateboards?

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, with free standard shipping available on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

Do you offer professional assembly for completes?

Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can select the 'Assemble My Board' option at checkout for no additional charge.

What is your return policy on used equipment?

For safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused, un-skated items in their original packaging within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on boards that have been gripped or assembled.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Baseline Skate Shop ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
